By submitting a blog post to the Economic Development Partnership, all authors agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions by way of email response:

Originality: Authors confirm that the blog post they submit is their original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Any quotes, references, or data included in the blog post are properly attributed to their respective sources.

Accuracy: Authors acknowledge that the information provided in the blog post is accurate and up-to-date to the best of their knowledge. Any factual claims or statistics are supported by credible sources, and any opinions expressed are their own and not necessarily reflective of the Economic Development Partnership’s views.

Responsibility: Authors take full responsibility for the content of the blog post, including its implications and consequences. The Economic Development Partnership does not assume any liability for the content submitted by contributors.

Editing: Authors understand that the Economic Development Partnership reserves the right to edit, modify, or revise the blog post for clarity, accuracy, or compliance with editorial standards. However, the Economic Development Partnership will make reasonable efforts to preserve the integrity and original intent of the content.

Publication: Authors grant the Economic Development Partnership the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and promote the blog post on its website, social media channels, and other communication platforms. Authors retain ownership of the content and may republish it elsewhere with appropriate attribution to the Economic Development Partnership.

Indemnification: Authors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Economic Development Partnership, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the blog post, including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, or violation of privacy rights.

Approval: Authors acknowledge that the Economic Development Partnership reserves the right to reject or remove any blog post that violates these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant to the organisation’s mission or as may be required for knowledge management or archiving purposes.

By submitting your blog post to the Economic Development Partnership, authors affirm that they have read and understood the above disclaimer and agree to comply with its terms.
