Managing Director, Old Mutual Investment Group

Tebogo Naledi is Managing Director of Old Mutual Investment Group, a South African based investment management business with close to $30bn in assets under management and part of JSE listed, Old Mutual Limited.

He has been with the Group for 3,5 years and has worked in the South African investment management industry for 23 years during which time he has occupied various leadership roles. He previously co-founded and was CEO of Afena Capital for 10 years and, prior to that, had worked at Investec Asset Management and Futuregrowth Asset Management.

Tebogo is a trustee of the Imfundo Trust, an Old Mutual Investment Group initiative to address the lack of black investment professionals in South Africa, and to increase the number of qualified black professionals in the asset management industry.
