Programme Lead: Wellbeing & Safety

Rushka leads the EDP’s wellbeing and safety programme, overseeing project strategy, stakeholder engagement and programme monitoring. Her work includes managing projects like the Garden Route Development Partnership. She has a background in local government and experience in economic development and regional collaboration with a Master’s in Development Policy and Practice. Rushka has a particular interest in governance innovation for systems change.
