Orisha leads the EDP’s monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems, and dashboard development. With her team, Orisha manages data analysis of project, programme and organisational M&E data, validates project performance and oversees donor and internal reporting. With over 12 years in local government and a Master’s in Housing (UKZN), Orisha ensures that the EDP’s monitoring work supports learning, accountability and continual growth across programmes.
