Kgomotso Tolamo

An accomplished development manager, Kgomotso Tolamo operates at the nexus of people, place and prosperity, driving inclusive growth and poverty alleviation. With a stellar record of crafting and executing impactful development initiatives, Kgomotso specialises in sustainable urban planning, housing finance, and financial and economic inclusion. Her extensive experience spans diverse markets in Sub-Saharan Africa, including Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda, and various countries in the SADC region. Kgomotso’s expertise lies in fostering socio-economic value through strategic collaborations and partnerships with various tiers of government and esteemed organisations like the Mastercard Foundation, FCDO, World Bank, EU, the UN. She has led delivery of projects to the value of ZAR70 million, contributed to delivery of projects to the value of ZAR2.8 billion, and implemented pilots which directly impacted 250 beneficiaries.
