David Lakay 

David is a sole practitioner in the field of Accounting, Business Administration and Income Tax.  He also serves as the Independent Chairperson of the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board. He has previously held directorships of private companies in various business sectors, and has served on the Audit, Risk and Finance Committees of those companies and of the CCMA.
